CompTIA Security+ certification is an international certification that provides those seeking a career in IT security with the basic skills necessary to perform core security functions. The course will expose participants to network technologies. The course will examine the concept of attacks, threats and vulnerabilities; operations and incident responses and governance, risk and compliance.
CompTIA Security+ certification seeks to designate knowledgeable professionals in the field of security, one of the fastest-growing areas of information technology. CompTIA Security+ not only ensures that candidates will apply their knowledge of security concepts, tools, and procedures to react to security; but will also expose security personnel to security risks and the necessary protection.
In order to gain Security+ certification participants need to pass one (1) exam.
