Smooth GTA 5 Mod Experience?

Hi everyone,

A lot of mods I download for GTA 5 end up crashing the game or slowing it down.

I saw https://mixgxgta5.com/ mentioned on social media. Has anyone here tried mods from there? Are they smooth and stable?
